Every filter is an and. A company is counted when one of its hosts carries every technology in the filter, live and countable. Counting is free, and the count carries the landing date of the load it was made on.

A total above 10,000 may print as a lower bound. The count is made on the current index load, so a citation carries its landing date and a later load moves it.
